Students learn to analyze and isolate human blood cells and leukocytes from murine lymphoid tissues. Techniques: multiparameter flow cytometry, cytotoxicity assays, proliferation assays, molecular analysis.

The course focuses on understanding cellular microenvironments and tissue architecture through advanced imaging and computational approaches.

Introductory course to Flow Cytometry

This course provides a systematic introduction to flow cytometry through a series of lectures and workshops. The basic concepts covered include: instrument layout and detection of fluorescence, controls in flow cytometry, FACS sorting, principles of manual data analysis.
